Love at the Fall Festival (A Sugar Maple Romance)
by Belle Bailey
A sweet Southern town. A failing family manor. And a plan to save it all...
When Brynn Townsend moves to the tiny town of Sugar Maple, Tennessee to take a job as the event planner for Oakleaf Manor, she knows she's stumbled across something special. The winding roads, cozy shops, quaint homes, and even the nosy, but good-natured, townsfolk of Sugar Maple make her feel as if she's finally home.
Brynn is determined to build a new life in the idyllic village, but first she must save Oakleaf Manor and, in doing so, save her job. Generations of the Oakley family have owned and run the historic estate of Oakleaf Manor, but after a failed investment, they are in danger of losing their home and farm. Mrs. Oakley hired Brynn to get the manor back on track, but her handsome son, Jack, has other plans.
When Brynn proposes hosting a fall festival to save the manor, Jack immediately resists. He's tried this venture before in hopes of saving his family farm and ended up losing everything. He is sure he can find another way to preserve Oakleaf Manor for future generations. A way that doesn't include either Brynn or the festival.
As time passes, Brynn and Jack struggle to overcome their differences and learn to work together to save the manor. Brynn soon begins to realize she's fallen in love with not only Sugar Maple, but Jack, too, and she believes Jack feels the same way. But when disaster strikes, Brynn and Jack find themselves fighting against each other instead of working together.
Can the two of them overcome the challenges they face? Will they find a way to save the manor? Or will Brynn and Jack lose both the happiness they had found and Oakleaf Manor forever?
