Barefoot Gen, Volume Five: The Never-Ending War

For the first time in the English language, the story of Gen's life after the dropping of the atomic bomb on Hiroshima is continued. In postwar Japan, the people of Hiroshima face a massive food shortage and horrendous health problems.
